Responsible for processing personal data

What personal data do we process and how do we protect it?

Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

For the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, the person responsible collects and processes personal data which is explained in each type of processing, and which will depend on the different services you request or the contractual relationship you maintain with our organisation.

 Processing of "Customer" data

If you decide to cancel your personal data, it may be kept in our databases for the periods provided for by law in order to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be deleted once these legal periods or those applicable to them expire.

Processing of "Contacts and potential customers" data

We process the personal data you provide us with in the contact form for the management of commercial contact data and potential clients.

The purpose of advertising and commercial prospecting has also been provided for, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our contact database.

Processing of "Supplier" data

We process the personal data you provide us with to manage the company's supplier data, to maintain the business relationship, accounting, administrative and payment management, as well as tax obligations.

A review of the curriculum vitae of suppliers (when they are consultants or trainers) is also used to accredit the technical competence included in the project offers presented to clients, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The image of the supplier (when they are a consultant or trainer) may also be processed within a publication or website in order to publicise a particular event or activity related to the company's activities, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship continues. The photograph of a supplier (trainer or consultant) may be used in a publication or web page to publicise a particular event or activity related to the company's activities, for which the express consent of the person concerned is requested.

No other international data transfers will take place.

Processing of " Job applicants " data

We process the personal data you provide us with in order to manage the company's selection processes.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the interested party has not withdrawn their consent to continue storing their CV for future selection processes. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of job applicants.

Transfers will be made to companies that contract selection processes.

International data transfers may be made to companies located abroad that contract selection services.

Processing of "Course participants" data

  2. Identifying information: name, ID card, address, telephone number, email address.
  3. Academic and professional data: profession, position, qualifications.
  4. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide for the purpose of registering participants in courses organised by the company.

The personal data you provide will be kept until you request its cancellation. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be deleted from our database of course participants.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the responsible party.

Any transfers necessary to fulfil legal obligations will be made to entities such as the IEFP, DGERT or the SIGO platform. 

No international transfers of personal data are envisaged.

What are your rights when you give us your data?

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have a number of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. The exercise of these rights will be free of charge for you, except in cases where manifestly unfounded or excessive requests are made, especially if they are repetitive.

These rights are as follows:

  1. Right to information: You have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner, using clear and simple language, about the use and processing of your personal data.
  2. Right of access: You have the right to ask us at any time to confirm whether we are processing your personal data, to provide you with access to such data and information about its processing, and to obtain a copy of such data. The copy of your personal data that we provide to you will be free of charge, although the request for additional copies may be subject to a reasonable charge based on the administrative costs involved. For our part, we may ask you to prove your identity or request further information that is necessary to manage your request.
  3. Right of rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete personal data concerning you. You may also request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by means of an additional declaration.
  4. Right to erasure: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. However, this right is not absolute, so our organisation may continue to keep them duly blocked under the conditions laid down in the applicable regulations.
  5. Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, which means that we can continue to store it, but not continue processing it if any of the following conditions are met:
    • who disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the person responsible to verify the accuracy of the data;
    • the processing is unlawful and opposes the deletion of the data and requests the restriction of its use instead;
    • our entity no longer needs the data for the purposes of processing, but you need it for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims;
    • who has objected to the processing, while verifying whether the legitimate reasons of our organisation prevail over yours.
  6. Right to data portability: You have the right to have your data transmitted to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on consent or the performance of a contract and such processing is carried out by automated means.
  7. Right to object: This right allows you to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling. We will only be able to comply with your right when we process your data if we can prove legitimate reasons for the processing or for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
  8. Right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling: This right allows you not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces - these decisions - legal effects or affects you in a similar way. Unless such a decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, is authorised by law or is based on consent.
